Congregate Meals are available to adults 60 years and older and the spouse of the same. The  noonday meal is provided in a group setting Monday through Friday.
 
Call your local Senior Center for meal time and other information regarding your area.

Who We Serve
McIntosh Trail's Meals On Wheels serves persons who are homebound, unable to prepare a nutritious meal, and do not have anyone able to prepare a nutritious meal on a regular basis.

Fee
There is no income requirement to receive Meals on Wheels. Any donation will be appreciated and will help to continue providing meals to those most needy.

Eligibility
To be eligible for Meals On Wheels a person must be homebound, unable to prepare a nutritious meal, and not have anyone able to prepare a nutritious meal on a regular basis. Nutrition programs are provided through the area senior center for each county.

Application Process
Anyone may recommend a person to be considered for receiving Meals On Wheels.
To receive Meals On Wheels, contact Southern Crescent AAA at 770-854-6026 or (toll free) 1-866-854-5652.
At the time of the referral call, Southern Crescent will collect initial pertinent information about the client to determine nutritional and funding needs. In turn, the Council on Aging for McIntosh Trail, Inc. will interview the client, assess his/her needs and begin the program.
